  4. No hazardous or prohibited items allowed.
  5. We deserve the rights to reject items.
  6. There will be a disposal charge if the items are damaged, cannot be used anymore, or infested with termites.

  2. Acceptance of Electronical Houseware:

    In addition to furniture, we accept electronic houseware items for removal.

  3. Non-Disposal of Garbage:

    Please note that we do not handle or dispose of garbage. Our services are intended for the removal of furniture and electronic houseware items only.

  4. Item Assessment:

    We reserve the right to decline collecting items that are too old, broken, or unfit for removal, as determined by our team's assessment.

  5. Termite Infestation Charges:

    If items are found to be infested by termites, there will be additional charges. This measure is taken to prevent the spread of infestation to other furniture in our warehouse.

  6. Data Collection and Privacy:

    We collect your data for marketing purposes related to our platform only. Your data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.

    Easily upload your furniture items using our form. Feel free to attach a few pictures or all at once. Ensure you clearly indicate which products you would like us to remove.

  3. Fill Out Request Form:

    To initiate the process, users must complete a request form. Please remember to thoroughly review our terms and conditions and agree before proceeding.

  4. Scheduling and Confirmation:

    Choose between two options: patiently wait for our team to respond within 24 hours to coordinate a suitable time, or simply click on the WhatsApp button to reach out to us directly. Please note that our operational hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  5. Completion and Follow-Up:

    On the arranged date, our removal team will arrive at your location to finalize the removal process. Following the removal, we will promptly notify you of the completion and provide any necessary next steps concerning your furniture items.
